FEMP - US Department of Energy's Federal Energy Management Program works to reduce the cost and environmental impact of the Federal government by advancing energy efficiency and water conservation, promoting the use of distributed and renewable energy, and improving utility management decisions at Federal sites.
DSIRE - Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy website has information about particular US state incentives The site is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and selected federal incentives that promote renewable energy. DSIRE also includes state and federal incentives for energy efficiency.
Canada
ecoENERGY Retrofit - advice, funding and training for commercial businesses and public institutions to improve the energy efficiency of existing buildings.
Commercial and Institutional Building Program - provides help for building owners who incorporate energy efficiency features in the design of new commercial or institutional buildings.
CIPEC - Canadian Industrial Program for Energy Conservation provides incentives to building owners who combine energy-efficient features and processes into the design of new industrial buildings.
British Columbia
